Treat yourself with dark chocolate fondue paired with a variety of Hosen fruits for dessert perfection. Enjoy in the moment and have fun dunking a scrumptious selection of sweet treats into a bowl of warm chocolate!
1 | Prepare your dippables and arrange them on a serving platter or plates. Keep all dipping items in easy bite sizes, cubes, slices or wedges. Chilling the fruits before dipping will help the chocolate fondue to stick better. |
2 | Heat the cream with a pinch of salt over medium heat in a small saucepan until tiny bubbles show and begin to slowly simmer. Remove from heat, add the chocolate, and whisk until smooth and fully incorporated. |
3 | Transfer chocolate mixture into the fondue pot and set it on the base provided. Light a small candle/ handy fuel underneath to keep the chocolate fondue warm. Spear dipping items with fondue skewers provided to dip. |
Tips: If chocolate fondue starts to harden, place bowl over a pan of simmering water and stir until smooth. An alternative to the chocolate mixture would be to use Sincero’s Chocolate Fondue Set that comes with chocolate buttons.

Recipe by Lim Jen Jen
1 | Grease a baking tray with some of the melted butter, set aside the remaining butter. |
2 | Roughly place the bread and blueberries on the baking tray, and roughly drizzle the melted butter on the bread. |
3 | In a bowl, mix the eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla essence evenly. Use a large spoon to scoop the mixture into the tray, ensuring that every bread is drenched and soaked. |
4 | Place the sliced peaches on the bread. |
5 | Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celcius, and bake for 45 minutes. |
6 | Remove from oven to let it cool. |
Tips: Eat it on its own, or serve with whipped cream, ice-cream or custard cream sauce! If you prefer less charred, cover baking tray with foil during the first half of baking time, and subsequently remove foil during second half.
